— Contributing to Urban Development in Anjo City through the Use of Bicycles —
Sankei Digital Inc. planned and managed a commemorative event for the 70th anniversary of the municipality of Anjo City in Aichi Prefecture. As part of Anjo City’s efforts to promote urban development through cycling, the event focused on bicycles. Drawing on our experience running a cycling media platform and our relationships with bicycle industry partners, we offered a wide range of activities, including manufacturer booths, trials of the latest mobility technologies, virtual ride experiences, children’s cycling classes, and talk shows. The event attracted more visitors than expected and was a resounding success.
Many locals attended the event. We implemented programs for children to enjoy cycling safely.
We set up a booth for a virtual ride experience where visitors could enjoy cycling on a virtual course with online players from around the world.
