We managed the booth construction, planning, and operation of the booth for Finger Game Co. and 7QUARK Co. at the 2023 Tokyo Game Show, Japan’s largest gaming festival. The event was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from September 21st (Thu) to 24th (Sun).
Both companies jointly developed the Japanese-style action RPG “Hyakken Youdan Kitan” and the golf game “BIRDIE WING -Golf Girls’ Story- Golf Venus” (hereinafter referred to as “BuddyGol GV”). BuddyGol GV has garnered a lot of attention due to its popular anime. The booth was designed to showcase the two distinctive titles without compromising their respective themes and worlds.
The booth for Finger Game Co. and 7QUARK Co. was designed with the intent to harmoniously showcase the two differing titles.
The booth for “Hyakken Youdan Kitan”, themed around the Edo period, evoked traditional Japanese culture, featuring large torii gates and cherry trees. It attracted many visitors, including those from abroad. Meanwhile, the “BuddyGol GV” section recreated a golf course. with curvaceous arches and artificial turf representing greens. The booth design enhanced the immersive experience of the trial play.
The booth of the anime-famous “BIRDIE WING -Golf Girls’ Story- Golf Venus” evoked the atmosphere of a golf course.
