Sankei Digital Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tatsushi Doi) serves as the domestic sales partner for “WhiizU,” a virtual cycling app originating from Taiwan. For the second consecutive year, WhiizU will exhibit at Japan’s largest sports bicycle festival event, “CYCLE MODE TOKYO 2025,” held at Tokyo Big Sight on April 19 (Sat) and 20 (Sun), 2025. Commemorating the booth exhibit and with special guest events, WhiizU will also hold a campaign offering free access to some paid member courses.

WhiizU to Exhibit for the Second Consecutive Year
■ Booth Location: East Hall 7, Booth 7-410
Following last year’s first participation, WhiizU’s booth theme this year is “Hillclimb at Home.” The message is to provide an environment for cyclists who never stop challenging themselves so they can train for hillclimbs right from their own homes, no matter how far from the field they are.
“WhiizU” is a virtual cycling app now attracting attention as the ideal tool for cyclists aiming to enjoy hillclimbs or various cycling routes at home. It is optimal for training and improving endurance for races. One of its key features is the ability to complete serious training at home and keep up your workouts regardless of the weather.
In addition, WhiizU is fully compatible with Japanese and allows you to enjoy both 3D virtual environments and real video courses. It features actual footage of domestic event courses and national cycle routes, enabling practical pre-event practice or near-real experiences for effective training.

Booth Event: Female Hillclimber Shino Appears!
This year, we are planning events with special guests at our booth. Hill-loving influencer Shino, known for her catchphrase, “Mountains are my passion,” will be among the guests, discussing training methods and race strategies using WhiizU in a talk-show format. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to get practical advice on training!
Details regarding in-booth events will be announced on the official X (https://x.com/WhiizU_Japan).
Special “CYCLE MODE” Campaign! Free Access to “Mt. Haruna” and “Fuji Subaru Line” Courses

To commemorate the exhibition at “CYCLE MODE,” we will be holding a special campaign providing free access to some courses that are usually limited to paid members. For the first phase, the “Mt. Haruna Hillclimb” course, which will be held on May 11, will be accessible from April 4 to April 26. This is a great opportunity to test your legs or train to beat your personal best, and is also popular with repeat participants.
For the second phase, the famed “Fuji Subaru Line” hillclimb course—highly popular among hillclimb events—will be open to everyone from April 27 to May 18. The 24-km long course has a maximum slope of 8% and a total elevation gain of 1,237.1 m, taking you as far as the 5th station of Mt. Fuji. Be sure to register (※) and take up the challenge.
In addition, WhiizU also plans to have a booth at the “13th Mt. Haruna Hillclimb in Takasaki.”
Bringing cycling closer and making it more enjoyable! We will continue to support all cyclists in taking their next step forward.
