Exhibiting at Tokyo Game Show 2024 “HYPER REAL” for the second year in a row & “IGN JAPAN STORE” for the first time

Sankei Digital Co., Ltd. made its first appearance at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, Japan’s largest gaming festival, held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba from September 26th to 29th. They showcased their game label “HYPER REAL” for the second consecutive year and the “IGN JAPAN STORE” run by game & entertainment media “IGN JAPAN.”

Following last year, the “HYPER REAL” booth located in the Indie Game Corner of International Exhibition Hall 9 displayed four titles: “Telebbit” a fast-paced teleport action game that was released on October 24th, “SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim”, “SKY THE SCRAPER”, and “Dome-King Cabbage”. A speedrun mode was integrated into “Telebbit”, and they planned time attacks, attracting a lot of gamers to test out the game.

The “IGN JAPAN STORE” booth, designed and built by our company, made its debut at the sales booth in International Exhibition Hall 11. The store offered a range of items including popular original items and collaboration products with popular IPs in North America, recommended products carefully selected by IGN JAPAN editorial department, parkas from the “Fallout Series” which gained attention due to its real-life drama adaptation, t-shirts from “Cyberpunk2077” developed by CD Projekt RED, and figures from “Mario Kart” and “Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild”.

“Hyper Real” also debuted their original merchandise including graphic t-shirts and acrylic stands from “SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim”, and graphic t-shirts from “Dome-King Cabbage”. In addition, IGN JAPAN collaborated with PARCO to line up products available at PARCO GAMES, such as “8th Exit”, “COFFEE TALK”, and game-related goods of “The Gift of Malice” were also displayed in stores.
