Electronic Arts – Planning and management of promotion of new game titles in Japan

Handled the domestic promotion for the new game “WILD HEARTS”

In line with the launch of Electronic Arts’ new game “WILD HEARTS”, we planned and managed domestic communications. A thematic pop-up cafe representing the game’s universe was set up in the e-sports cafe “GG Shibuya mobile esports cafe & bar” inside Shibuya Parco. Additionally, we implemented an integrated promotion plan that included transit advertising, video production, illustration contests combined with IGN JAPAN’s media and social platforms, and PR activities.

The pop-up cafe was developed at GG Shibuya mobile esports cafe & bar, featuring game demo stations, an illustration exhibition, and an original drink menu themed around the game.
