Game publisher HYPER REAL exhibits at Bitsummit Drift, the largest indie game event in Japan.

Four titles, including those scheduled for release later this year, will be exhibited & a free DJ party will be held on Friday night, July 19th!

Sankei Digital Inc. (President & CEO: Tatsushi Doi) announces that its game label “HYPER REAL” will be exhibiting at the indie game festival “Bitsummit Drift“, held from Friday, July 19 to Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Kyoto Miyakomesse Convention Center.

At the booth, we will feature the latest demos of four titles, including ‘SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim,’ which made a huge impact at “Steam Next Fest” in June 2024, as well as other titles scheduled for release in 2024.

At our booth, we will exhibit a total of four titles: the adventure game ‘SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim,’ depicting the unusual daily life of the mysterious girl Saeko and the shrunken tiny people; the building-cleaning roguelike action game ‘SKY THE SCRAPER’; the speedy teleport platformer ‘Telebbit’ — all scheduled to be released in 2024 — and the psychedelic, dreamlike adventure game ‘Dome-King Cabbage.’

Visitors will receive novelty items such as postcards featuring brand art by popular creator Yoshitoshi Abe, and those who complete the gameplay survey will receive an original sacoche bag (see right image).

Telebbit

Year 3023. Earth’s surface has become uninhabitable due to war, environmental pollution, and infectious diseases. In order to reduce exposure to the atmosphere and ground, humanity advances research on teleportation as a means of travel. During experimental teleportation tests on animals, an accident occurs where a high-performance CPU is embedded into a test rabbit’s head. The rabbit, gaining high intelligence from the CPU, vows revenge on the humans who subjected it to suffering.

Dome-King Cabbage

A pop, psychedelic, kaleidoscopic game experience.

The protagonist, Mush, who sees the real world as a monster collecting RPG, heads to an island called “Crum Island” in pursuit of the mysterious title, “Dome-King.”

Extremely unique and quirky characters, beautiful graphics reminiscent of clay animation, and sound that soaks into your body—a psychedelic, artistic adventure game.

■ “HYPER REAL Presents HYPER CONNECT” Event Announcement

On the night of Friday, July 19th during the event period, a free admission DJ event will be held at cafe la siesta, a café bar in Kyoto. Nikita Kryukov, known as the developer and composer of “Milk inside a bag~,” and kyp, who develops and composes for “SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim,” along with others, will curate music for the venue.
