HK HERO ENTERTAINMENT exhibited their new fantasy adventure RPG “Duet Night Abyss” at “Tokyo Game Show 2024,” one of the largest game events in Japan, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, September 29. Sankei Digital supported the booth’s construction, planning, and operation for this title.
The booth was designed to reflect the magical-mechanical continent, a Western European fantasy space where magic and machinery coexist, the setting of the title. At its center stood a giant hourglass symbolizing the game’s key theme of “the flow of time and the intertwining of the protagonists’ fates,” as well as a life-sized statue of the game’s mascot character, Snow. In addition, cosplayers portraying in-game characters appeared, fully expressing the game’s unique world.
In the demo area, visitors could play the latest version of the trial, unveiled for the first time in the world, and were able to try out the newly revealed character “Fina” ahead of time. This led to wait times of over three hours, with enthusiastic crowds making “Duet Night Abyss”‘s first appearance at Tokyo Game Show a huge success.
