HK HERO ENTERTAINMENT exhibited their new fantasy adventure RPG “Duet Night Abyss” at Tokyo Game Show 2024, one of Japan’s largest game festivals, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from Thursday, September 26th to Sunday, September 29th. Sankei Digital Inc. supported the booth construction, planning, and operation for this title.
The booth was designed to reflect the setting of the title, which is a Western European fantasy world where magic and machinery coexist. In the center, a gigantic hourglass symbolizing the key theme of “the flow of time and the intertwining fates of the protagonists”, as well as a life-size statue of the mascot character Snow were installed. Additionally, cosplayers dressed as in-game characters were present to engage attendees and highlight the game’s distinctive world.
In the demo area, visitors could play the world’s first public demo of the latest version of the game and try out the newly revealed character, Fina, ahead of time. The excitement surrounding the new contents of the demo resulted in wait times of over three hours. The enthusiastic crowds helped make the Tokyo Game Show debut of “Duet Night Abyss” a great success.
