Sankei Digital, Inc. handled the construction and management of the booth for Saudi Arabian content production company “Manga Productions” at AnimeJapan 2026, one of the world’s largest anime events, held at Tokyo Big Sight on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29.

The booth was designed to resemble a gate and castle serving as a landmark inside the venue, incorporating traditional Saudi Arabian styles. Saudi tents and living spaces were recreated, allowing visitors to experience Saudi culture and identity as they relaxed on sofas. The booth also displayed popular IPs such as “Captain Tsubasa” (Tsubasa) and “Grendizer U” (Dynamic Planning), with which Manga Productions has entertainment partnerships, as well as the action RPG “Nioh 3” (by Koei Tecmo Games), which has been licensed for publishing in the Middle East.

In addition to IP displays, the booth featured a variety of ways to experience Saudi Arabian culture. This included a self-photo service “PHOTO AIR” by Mirart Inc., for which our company is the distributor, where visitors could enjoy commemorative photos dressed in traditional Saudi attire such as thobes and abayas. There was also an Arabic calligraphy service by Saudi staff, who wrote visitors’ names in Arabic by hand.
